Participants at the end of the project should be able to;

1. Use photo, video and audio editing tools
2. Search for online content
3. Setup and configure a hosting environment
4. Install and configure an online educational tool

In order for participants to be able to implement the project, the below skills are required

• Participants must have completed the Certificate in Design of Educational Application using Web Technologies on SWAYAM
• Participants must have
  • • basic ICT skills
    • skills in searching for online content
    • photo, audio and video  editing skills

1.  Overview of web technologies
   • Knowing www, internet protocols
   • Understanding web security
   • Introduction to e-learning tools

2. Overview of dynamic local content creation
   • Searching for online content
   • Using photo editing tools (Paint, Pinta)
   • Using video editing tools (Audacity,Video pad editor)

3. Local Content Creation from GES syllabus (Audacity, Camstudio)
   • Creating Local content -  video
   • Creating Local content -  audio
   • Creating and using text/picture local content

4. Hosting the online educational tool
   • Setting up the hosting environment
   • Installing the online educational tool (Chamilo, Dokeos)
   • Configuring of the online educational tool
   • Access controls

5. Uploading Local content to online educational tool
   • Login to hosted online educational tool
   • Uploading local content to hosted online educational tool
   • Sharing and exporting hosted local content
